Currently, I am a 21-year-old alumnus of the New England Institute of Art and a Production Coordinator/Animator with Deos Animation Studios in Lawrence Mass. I also do freelance wedding videography on my own and with Stonefield Studio of West Lebanon Maine.

I am beginning to take an active interest in illustration. I paint primarily using Photoshop and a Wacom tablet, but I plan to explore some of the more traditional media such as pastels and watercolor paint at some point. I'm also experimenting with Corel Painter, as a means of non-destructively simulating real textures and brushstrokes. I am also an amateur art and special effects photographer.

Some of my other interests include fantasy illustration, writing and role-playing, paintball, ultimate frisbee, movies, reading, history and photography. I particularly enjoy drawing and painting 17th century settings. I also enjoy browsing the artwork of others when the opportunity presents itself. I often visit Artstream, a gallery in my hometown of Rochester New Hampshire, and occasionally I visit the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. My favorite artists for the moment are Swedish artist Sara "Silvestris" Strand, and Australian artist Rhodri McCormack.

One of my greatest strengths is that I am a very goal-oriented person. Personality wise, I am a kind, soft-spoken individual who gives and takes constructive criticism very well. I prefer to keep conversations on the discussion level, rather than confrontation. I have an emphatic listening style, and I am a sincere person about the things I say and do. I like to think of myself as both a dreamer and a doer. I'm also something of a perfectionist when it comes to my personal work.

All in all, I am a hard-working, easygoing person who loves visual art, learning new things and working with talented people to produce work that is many times greater than if done by an individual.
