This photograph was taken by chance in downtown Boston one blustery fall day. The lighting and the composition of the scene really affected me, so I took a snapshot, being careful about where and when pedestrians were walking into frame. The result was a photograph I remain fond of, and one that won first place for historical places in the photo exhibit at the 2003 Fair in Rochester NH.
